The First Ever Himalayan Yatra of Heart Pilgrim
An Historical Mailstone
In October 4-17, 2014 a group of 23 Yogis celebrated the historical event of the first ever Himalayan Yatra. That was an eye opener and a life changing experience to all participants. We have been to amazing places high in the Himalayas, mingled with the Himalayan inhabitants, and met exceptional Yogis. Check out below some of the videos and the testimonies of the participants...

The Yatra was amazing and one of the best things that have ever happened to me! I found myself being home in India which was a strange and somehow scary feeling. I fully enjoyed every moment and I am already making plans to come back next Year to India.
There are hardly words to express my gratitude towards you! Thank you for organizing and taking care of everything. I am still processing this experience. It sometimes overwhelmed me: meeting so many amazing people, each of them special and full of knowledge; being at so many beautiful places; enjoying the group which fitted perfectly.

How could I possibly make any recommendations? The Yatra was the most wonderful time I have ever, repeat, ever, experienced. Amazing, beautiful, breath taking, awesome, spiritual and with the places we visited and the people we met, very, very humbling. Life changing? - certainly yes, for I found emotions within me that made me fully appreciate the miracle that is our world and the Self within.

This was an outstanding trip! My daughter Nancy and I felt it was the best trip we had ever taken. It combined travel to remote villages and towns, trekking to scenic places, interaction with local people and very interesting and enlightened spiritual conversations. We got a great introduction to the Indian way of life in all its complexity and environmental intensity (honking, traffic, sacred animals, and people, people, people). The trip was filled to the brim with worthwhile activities and each day seemed better than the last. I recommend it highly!!

I have just returned from the most amazing trip I have ever been on! From the beauty of the Himalayan villages to the bustle and blaring of horns of the cities- we saw it all! But the highlight, in my opinion, was the spiritual awakening I felt being in the presence of such beautiful souls and walking in the footstep of great teachers. Thank you Swami Kashi for sharing this experience with us!

The Yatra was an incredible experience! We visited so many beautiful places in India and met so many talented and generous people, including the people from around the world who came together to attend this pilgrimage. I feel so lucky to have seen a side of India that I would have never found on my own. Swami Kashi and Piyush were incredible hosts who responded to questions and filled individuals' needs day and night (quite a job for 23 people!). I highly recommend this yatra for anyone wanting a unique view of India and who wants to deepen their connection with yoga and spirituality.

A wonderful and intensive experience of India; its beauty, spirituality, habitants and food. Every day was special; every day brought new adventures and insights, new people and customs. Every day was simply wonderful and amazing.
It is because of Swami Kashi, his dedication and comitment, his knowledge and experience that we were able to experience such a special and individual yatra, met all these amazing people and got to know the beauty of India.

Overall its an amazing, one in a lifetime experience.
I would have liked to have been better prepared from a fitness, equipment and comfort perspective.
I did not realize how physical (and at altitude) it could be. If i had better shoes it would have made a difference to me (even though i witnessed some orange clad people going up and down mountains in crocs ).

A unique tour and experience of India through Swami Kashi's eyes. Stunning sights through the Himilayan Mountains that you won't get anywhere else.
