Registration to the Himalayan Yatra (tour) Opens in June 21, 2015!
To ensure a spot in the group please register as soon as the registration opens
In order to register you'll be asked to follow three simple steps
1 Fill up the registration form and send it to us
2 Complete a downpayment of 50% ($1,145 for early birds, and $1,245 from July 1, 2015) of the fee via PayPal*, or one of the other ways of payment.
3 The remaining 50% of the fee should be received by us via PayPal, check, or bank transfer no later than September 10, 2015. People who won't complete their payment won't be able to join the Yatra.
IMPORTANT! The number of participants in this Yatra (tour) is limited. Until you've completed your registration process (steps 1 & 2 above) your place is not guaranteed.
15% of all profits from this Yatra are donated to the Adi Shankara Brahmavidya Peeth which is an organization dedicated to the teachings of Adi Shankaracharya.
Cancellation
Please read our cancellation policy well before completing your registration.
Cancellation before August 15, 2015: You'll receive your money back minus $200 processing fee.
Cancellation in August 16 or later: You will not receive your 50% downpayment back, but will not be liable for the remaining payment. If the full payment is already paid, I'll receive back the second payment only.
*There is an additional fee of $60 for paying with PayPal. To avoid this extra expenses please use one of the other modes of payment.
